Which is the best "Fluorescent tagged Biotin" one should use for fluorescence measurement in order to determine Avidin Coating on Silicon Sample ?

I am coating silicon sample with Avidin and want to characterize the surface coating. I am looking for fluorescent measurements using "fluorescent tagged biotin" binding to Avidin surface.

Please suggest which would be the best "fluorescent tagged biotin" sample for this purpose. Kindly paste the link from the vendor as well.

Note: I am not looking for "Fluorescence Quenching".
