Which is the best PCR kit or kits available to perform POLE gene mutation analysis for POLE ultramutated group of endometrial cancers?

As we know endometrial cancers are now molecular classified into POLE ultramutated, MMR deficient, copy number high and copy number low group. To classify POLE group accurately, genetic test is essential at least to the best of my knowledge.
