I am looking for solution process techniques(spin coating) for depositing NiOx(Nickel Oxide) as HTL for perovskite solar cells. But I am confused in choosing a correct precursor, as I have found in literature that different precursors are used for depositing NiOx layer . So, please help me in choosing correct precursor and solvent for using NiOx as HTL in perovskite solar cells.
