I run SPSS and STATA for my logit analysis. Though they have the same results as to the predictor variable. But when using this to estimate my model of WTP, the two have very big difference. So, which result should I use?
Not sure what you mean with WTP and whether it is an outcome or a predictor, but assuming that your regression models are exactly the same, Stata and SPSS should essentially give the same results. You should check your variables. Maybe you have different reference categories in a given variable (SPSS uses the last category as base level, whereas in Stata that smallest value of a factor variable is used by default). Also check the specification of missing values; in SPSS they are numeric and have to be specified explicitly, in Stata they are user-defined by default, e.g. “.” or “.a”.
