We are trying to to obtain a keratinocyte cell line from human dermolipectomies tissues . We have obtained enoght viable cells but we can´t achieve an efficient attachmente. We do not treat the flask surface. We use Epilife plus HKGS supplement. Can you help me to improve attachment?
