Which Glioblastoma multiforme(GBM) cell is more expression in immunogenicity?

Hi everyone, our experiment design aims to block a gene expression and analyze it with some kind of an immune inducer, we're looking for a cell type of GBM, that has more immunogenicity, to avoid an invalid experiment. Hope you guys can give me a suggestion, thanks a lot

PS: Now we're using HMC3 cells as our first experimental subject
