I would like to identify co expression patterns and perform functional analysis for micro-RNAs.
For example, for genes' analysis I use the database of www.geneMANIA.org.
Do you have any recommendations for micro-RNAs ?

) and IPA tools to obtain information about microRNAs-mRNAs interactions.As functional analysis I could recommend you to use firstly miRNA mimics and miRNA inhibitors in order to identify changes in mRNA and/or protein levels of miRNA targets. Then you could use luciferase reporter gene assay to evaluate microRNA targeting sites.
