Exiqon mastermix is also OK and cheaper than others. The only drawback is that it has no ROX in its composition.

I have been using DreamTaq Polymerase by Thermo for many years without any problems. Thermo sells a DreamTaq PCR Master Mix too: ttp://www.thermoscientificbio.com/pcr-enzymes-master-mixes-and-reagents/dreamtaq-dna-polymerase/. I think it will have a reasonable cost too. I know the DreamTaq polymerase alone is rather cheap.

KAPA make a great mastermix that is also very fast. We use it using 5 second activation and then 1 second denaturation 1 second polymerisation. it is also very cheap.
Labtech do a good cheap mastermix and you should be able to get a good discount from the major vendors. Like the Biorad, Takara and KicStart from Sigma.
Hi, may be you have to don't focus on the price of your master, i think a good results and experiments with less possible problem were the most things to think about Vs the lost of time, but you can try to get Roche product, in our lab always we use roche product and we haven't problem with experiments, and i found the perices good, also Qiagen wasn't bad, wishes
