Hello, I am looking for companies that sell ELISA kits to measure murine lipoxin A4. I just found a few, but they are quite expensive (about 600 dollars ish). Does anyone know a company that sells with a reasonable price?
My other concern is how to collect plasma and spleen tissue to measure lipoxin A4. Do I know immediately after collection to put the blood on ice and do I have to macerate before freeze in liquid nitrogen the spleen?
