Which is the best DNAse (or DNAse kit) you have worked with?
I am looking for a good DNAse that can remove DNA from an RNA sample in one pass. Material would be used for future RT-qPCR analysis. Good brand, please, no matter what the price.

Here is a link to explain DNase treatment for RNA isolation. I have also found that if doing a trizol extraction followed by a acid phenol chloroform purification. You don't really need the DNase treatment especially if your primers are designed to span exons however it definitely does not hurt to do a DNase treatment.
I am using turbo DNase from invitrogen for removal of template DNA from in vitro RNA transcripts, it works pretty well.
