Those sorts of pathways are very difficult to study in vitro with primary cells, let along cell lines. You may have to be more specific what exactly you're looking at.

I am looking for microgliosis and astrocyte activation along with hypothalamic neuropeptides signaling in mouse. That is why I'm Iooking for such cell lines which has the population of astrocytes/ microglia + neuronal cells that express those neuropeptides.

We're actually doing similar stuff, you're going to need primary cultures for that. We use post-natal hippocampal cultures.
