You can use anti-human IgM (μ-chain specific) antibody from sigma at 7,5 ug/ml in carbonate-bicarbonate buffer. Dengue antigens could be obtained by the sucrose-acetone method (Clarke and Casals, 1958) from the brain of dengue-infected mice. Another methodology is to use E recombinant proteins. In the IgM or IgG dengue specific comercial ELISA tests there are an excess of E protein for the four serotypes that you could use. The problem is to get HRP conjugated monoclonal antibody tracer that recognize the antigens. I prefer to use comercial ELISA kits or immunochromatographic rapid test.
thank you dear Luis Alberto Sánchez Vargas for sharing info. Actually, we want to develop our own method and we want to optimize ourselves so we don't want to use kit material. Abcam is selling monoclonal body for dengue antigen. but the problem is that they are not selling dengue antigen. They are also selling the recombinant antibody against protein E but they don't sell protein E. so that is my problem.
