as Kees pointed out aflatoxins come from Aspergillus fungi not bacteria. In that case you could try Saboraud or Czapek-dox media. Otherwise a mineral salt medium (Bushnell-Haas?) with glucose or citrate would probably do it!

bushnell-haas with a suitable carbon source (glucose?) depending on your bacterial species will not give any background fluorescence.
