As per my personal experience, the most challenging aspect of supervisor is managing timely submission of final thesis by the students. A synthesis of this issue indicates that postgraduate research demands discipline, dedication, enthusiasm and hard work both on the part of supervisors and students.

In the universities of developing countries, graduate students still in general unable to think of a new route in science, to be included in their theses.Most of their article titles are repetition of other published ones with less understanding!! Regards.
