Suggestion: the large-scale-drip-irrigation-areas in Australia, Israel, parts of USA have entailed + triggerd recorded and documented rainfall-increase in adjacent or farer areas. Large-scale re-forestation-areas in hitherto drought-prone regions as well.. Respective data-bases would be helpful.
