Hei,

I have the following issue:

I found a "something" (I do not want to tell too much ;-) ) that induces differentiation in my neuroblastoma cell lines. Microscopy indicates that it induces differentiation 24-48 hours after treatment . From 72 hours, the neurites, indicating differentiation, are "longer" as compared to 48 hours. However, from 72 hours, the treatment also seems to  induce apoptosis.

Thus, my hypothesis is that the treatment first induces differentiation and later apoptosis.

To prove that cells are differentiating, I want to analyze for the expression of differentiation markers by western Blot 48 hours and 96 hours after treatment.

Thus, I need differentiation markers that are expressed quite early in the process of differentiation.

Which differentiation markers should I analyze?
