PHB is soluble at 30°C  in chloroform up to 42g/L, in dichloromethane at 40g/L, in dichloroethane at 4,5 g/L and in aniline at 4g/L.

Did you suceed finally to dissolve PHB in chloroform? And if yes with which contitions? Temperature and time?

No maam I didnt suceed it.

Please try to dissolve in Tetra HydroFuran.

I did it in chloroform at 50°C it works!

During solvent extraction process PHA is basically soluble in Chloroform and thus can be easily disolved in it even at room temperature

Try 120oC (hot plate surface not vial) at stirring in CHCl3

Usually, PHA is soluble is chloroform, if its not solublizing means that could be a debriss biomss, please use attached paper for your reference.
