Which antimicrobial agents are effective against insect gut microbiota?

I need to study the effect of some isolated bacteria on blowfly (Chrysomya megacephala) development, but firstly i need to add antimicrobial agents to the diet for the sterilization of blowfly's whole gut microbiota to see only the effect of targeted bacteria. Anyone know Which antimicrobial agents are effective against blowfly's interior microbiota?
