Which Agro strain should I use for Agrobacterium mediated transient expression in Nicotiana benthamiana?

I am using SPYNE and SPYCE Gateway plasmids, derived from pGPTV vectors to analyse protein interaction by BiFC. I think I do not need to use GV3101:: pMP90 in this case since this is not a miniature vector, so I could use GV3101. However, since I have GV3101::pMP90 competent cells I am wondering if there would be any problem in using this strain.
