I am looking for an RFID tag development kit. I can see development kits for the reader but there are no kits for the tag. I need a kit that has a separate modulator, charging circuitry, controller, etc of an RFID tag that may be connected together or modified as required. My required frequency is 902 to 928 MHz. If you know of any kit, kindly let me know.

I am looking for a UHF RFID tag development kit in specific. I couldn't find it on Digikey. I need something that provides separate access to modules such as modulator, charging circuitry, controller, etc. of a UHF RFID tag.
RFID TAG is mostly passive device, it has not any internal power source. It has a printed small antenna with a chip. To design a RFID Tag antenna you can use HFSS or CST and chip, you have to buy it. What else do you need for developing RFID Tag?
The very chip you have mentioned, but in a discrete form. The RFID tag's chip has circuits inside: modulator, charge pump, ucontroller, etc. I need a development kit for the tag to get access to those components so I could make modifications in the modulator and the charge pump.
