Somebody knows where I can find data of km of bikepaths/bikeways in european cities - by city of course. Cities like Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Utrecht, Sevilla, Berlin, Bordeaux, Nantes, Antwerp, Malmö and Eindhoven. That cities are the top 10 in Copenhagenize Index (2013).

Also, you could have a look on Marina Honta's work concerning the french experiences, She keep attention to the effects of local policies and french governance reform. The work of Jérôme Denis is also interresting as it concern the mapping and its effects. Furthermore, Gilles Novarina talk a bit about Grenoble's experience in a général work about transports in the french alpin city. Cf. files below
Finally, the french review Les cahiers de médiologie, number 1998/1 (N° 5, La bicyclette) is on this topic. It could be usefull.
