Where can wear-testing for cervical disc prosthesis prototype with a 6DOF machine be done?

Presently test centers for biomechanic wear testing in cervical disc prosthesis offer test machines with a fixed center of rotation, which is hardly suitable for testing prostheses with variable centers of rotation. I know about 6DOF-robots for biomechanical analysis of hip prosthesis, for instance. But I did not find test centers offering 6DOF-devices for ISO-18192 biomechanical wear testing? Can someone please help?
