I need the cell line for determining the selectivity of a few active compounds (whether it only inhibits ovarian cancer cells but not normal cells). Thanks.

I want to know about your experience working with those immortalized primary cell lines, has it been a good one ? in terms of stability of the phenotype/genotype ? Did you find any inconvinients ?
