I need the cell line for determining the selectivity of a few active compounds (whether it only inhibits ovarian cancer cells but not normal cells). Thanks.

I want to know about your experience working with those immortalized primary cell lines, has it been a good one ? in terms of stability of the phenotype/genotype ? Did you find any inconvinients ?
Hi Martin,
The normal ovarian cancer (primary cells) purchased was not able to survive after 3rd passage. Unfortunately we cannot still continue the studies.
So, you tried the primary cells, but not the immortalized cell lines. Good to know about that low passage potential, maybe not worth the investment.
