These stencils were used in a multitude of publications for micropatterned cell cultures. They are produced by means of photolithography or "soft lithography". As we have neither expertise nor necessary equipment to produce them manually, I tried to find a company that can sell it to us, but did not succeed.
Could you recommend a company where I can order these stencils, or would you instead recommend to contact a certain lab?
I would be very grateful to get a piece of advice on this topic which turned out to be urgent and very important for the study. Thank you in advance.

You can contact the microfabrication lab at the University of Louisville: http://louisville.edu/micronano . They have lots of experience casting PDMS. You could order the molds in SU-8 (a common negative resist used for soft litho) and cast you own PDMS to save money. It's not really hard to do PDMS casting once you've got the mold - assuming just one level of PDMS that is. Also, I think the cleanroom at UC Berkeley offers some off the shelf products and I found this company that might be helpful: http://www.microliquid.com/
