I know it may be controversial, and I favour crediting the authors.
However, knowledge should also be accessible to student researchers.
My doctoral colleague and I would like to access the book, but we can't find it in nearby libraries (Lisbon).
We are both PhD scholarship students, and buying a book for €145 is not feasible.
We'd really appreciate it if anyone could provide a PDF.
