I have read the original paper by Venkatesh et al (2003) in proposing the UTAUT model. I see lots of studies using it but I fail to find the actual questionaire. Does anyone know where I can find this?

SE1: If there was no one around to tell me what to do as I go.
SE4: If I could call someone for help if I got stuck.
SE6: If I had a lot of time to complete the job for which the software was provided. SE7: If I had just the built-in help facility for assistance.
Anxiety
ANX1: I feel apprehensive about using the system.
ANX2: It scares me to think that I could lose a lot of information using the system by hitting the wrong key.
ANX3: I hesitate to use the system for fear of making mistakes I cannot correct. ANX4: The system is somewhat intimidating to me.
Behavioral intention to use the system
BI1: I intend to use the system in the next months.
B12: I predict I would use the system in the next months.
B13: I plan to use the system in the next months.

This is easy, most of the published papers, which have utilized UTAUT, authors included the questions/survey items. If not, then you can ask the authors and they will share it with you.

There are hundreds of articles that employed UTAUT. most of them included tge questionnaire in their articles.

Hello, i come in a little late, but i would like to ask if there are any thoughts about wether i should use UTAUT or UTAUT2 when i`m doing a post test - questionnaire to students that will try VR for the first time, and then answer a questionnaire. They dont have any background (as i see it), to answer the questions related to Habit, price or social influence. In this case, would it be better to use the "original" UTAUT? I`m aspecially interested in the relation between usefullness, easy of use and enjoyment, but i would like to use UTAUT/UTAUT2 that gives more insight.
Frode Johansen UTAUT as well as UTAUT2 says something about the intention to use in more of a job setting IMO. I think the user experience questionare might be more usefull.
