iv. To determine the ethical implications related to BDA&V concerning student data privacy in tertiary institutions in Gombe State.

Very hard to say! I don't think it's fair to decide on the suitability of a research model just by the research title. However, if it's just about deciding between these models then it all depends on the research aim and objectives, which may then dictate the constructs to employ. Once you're sure about the necessary constructs and the underlying hypotheses to be tested (again, that should reflect your research objectives), you may decide on the model you would use to properly frame your methodology, data collection, analysis, findings and discussion.
