Which are latest theories or models in technology adoption by humans/users?

There are various theories/models which explain technology adoption by humans/users like CDT, IDT, TTF, EDT, TRA, TPB, SCT, TAM, TAM2, MPCU, MM, DTPB, C-TAM-TPB, UTAUT, UTAUT2 etc.

These models are studied extensively and now reached to a saturation point. I am interested to understand what is next in this domain of technology adoption. What are latest significant theories/models are being proposed to understand adoption of technologies by humans/users.
