I have difficulties with my analysis of the UTAUT2 model. I have been working intesively with the model and the different analysis options.
However, I have not changed the model structure.
Still, I do not understand how to proceed in my analysis:
1. do I have to analyze the use behavior directly as a reflective construct?
2. do I have to perform two analyses with and without use behavior?
3. what can I do if my values for discriminant validity are above 0.97?
I would be super grateful if someone could help me!
As per the recent standards factor loading values needs to be between 0.70 - 0.950 if the value increase it will raise questions for multicollinearity and common method bias.
In your case, I will suggest you to run Harman's single factor test first, it will highlights the similar factor loading and reduce it accordingly. In addition, related to the same or different model no need to separate it just run the same model however, if you have used moderator. I will suggest to run model with and without moderator. Besides, I will recommend you to use PLS predict test and check the PLS vs LM model values. As per the standard PLS values needs to be lesser than LM model if there is vice versa there is a issue with your data.
