I am looking for a complete kit for running an SDS PAGE analysis of Collagen, including the sample preparation and running gels, I will also need the standards (Ladders). I found the linked kit from Sigma, however I am unsure if everything required is there. I already have the solid components, I just require the chemicals/standards.

Hi, from your Sigma link seem that the kit it is complete to cast 50 gels, I think that the 10x reagent is the running buffer, instead I am not sure if Sample Incubation Buffer Concentrate solud be Laemmli buffer, I think so. If you want to buy from this company I suggest you to write to the support desk and ask. You need to buy the protein ladder.
As Gunnar said you can find other company, in all case it is better to ask to the commercial desk, you can have good offer and choose the less expensive
