When the RAST labelling of your protein is different from the results of your BLAST search, how do you resolve this conflict?

The identification of a protein differed based on RAST and protein BLAST results. Is RAST reliable? Or does this mean that both are correct and the protein has both identities? Eg it is a subunit in two different but related enzyme complexes?
