If you have primary antibodies with very low cross reactivity I think it is not a problem. But I will suggest that you do both to be sure that you have the same result when you do separately or not

Hi Frances. As a preliminary experiment, I would do single stains and the combined staining for the same sample. If the results turn out to be the same, it should not be a problem. Good luck!
