I use methanol: water

acetonitrile :water

water:acn on a NH2 column is a normal phase chromatography. That being said, MeOH is stronger sovent than ACN in NP chromatography. Water is the strongest, so if you want larger k values you should reduce the water % (opposite to RP chromatography).
