My first response would be reversed phase liquid chromatography with UV detection, but I guess some more details are needed in order to make more sensible statements regarding the best analytical methodolgy. For example: what's the goal of the analysis you're planning; purity determination, characterization of impurities, etc. And what matrix would you like to analyze: buffer, formulation, biological matrices, etc.
From plasma or urine L/L extraction followed by polar organic mode chromatography followed by your preferred means of detection. Use mostly ACN in the mobile phase with a bit of H2O to get enhanced LC/MS/MS sensitivity. Very similar to a typical antihistamine assay. For EC detection reverse phase chromatography (possibly with ion pairing but the newer stationary phases may be fine on their own). In the case of UV detection just limit the use of alcohols or UV absorbers.
