How can I differentiate between NK cells and NKT Cell?
There is not a single marker for NKT cells.
A combination of CD3 and CD56 is most used but not 100% proof.
T= CD3+CD56-
NK= CD3-CD56+
NKT = CD3+CD56+

Also today I have read that there is TCR V24 alpha 18 beta on NKT cells, can I use it also as a specific marker for NKT.

V alpha 24 can only be used for isolation and detection of invariant NKT, which is type I NKT cells, not the whole population of NKT cells
