What's the most reliable/available source of GWAS data from South Asian countries?

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for accessible GWAS data from South Asian countries as I need to verify the quality of data obtained from a Sri Lankan cohort using the UK biobank array. After all the GWAS QC steps, almost 50% of SNPs were removed due to their very low MAF.

In order to verify this, I want to compare by principal components analysis if the genetic architecture of my study cohort is similar to what repositories consider South Asian ethnic background. Given the South Asian population seems to be quite heterogenic (Article The GenomeAsia 100K Project enables genetic discoveries across Asia

), I suspect my cohort could be very diverse compared to the available South Asian population repositories, which could be dominated by Hindu population.

Besides the GenomeAsia 100K, is there any other repository you recommend? 1000 genomes?
