Dear community,
I'm inputting data from an old GWAS study based on the Immunochip array, and I need the annotation file to conduct a few QC steps. I can't find it on the Illumina website; I assume it's because this array is no longer commercial. I requested this information to Illumina but haven't received any response yet. Any suggestions?

maybe you could have them in one raw data file.
or just give the ref in your question, someone could have them.

Thanks, Frederic! Unfortunately, I was not in charge of genotyping this data, and I've been chasing the ones involved but have been unsuccessful. I'm hoping these guys will share the annotation file soon, but in the meantime, I'm trying to find this by myself. Thanks, anyway!
