Hi everyone,

I did quick search but did not find any convincing information.

I am just wondering which probe is the most useful for mitochondrial staining in adherent cells. I found widely used one, a series of MitoTracker probes, and also MT-CO1 another mitochondria specific marker.

I just plan to co-stain such human fibroblasts for a DNA epitope (by green fluorescence), DAPI or Hoechst, and see the existence of mitochondria (by red fluorescence) in cytosol at the same time (so triple staining). Cells are subject to be analysed by fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry as well.

Thanks in advance
