You can find a lot of articles on this subject on the website of my lab www.aquaculture.ugent.be. You should look under Research/Publications/ own A1 publications. Tom Defoirdt, amongst others, has done a lot of work on that subject. It's a good starting point.

I will peruse your information I am 'that guy' Senor Pescador; and we will de developing offshore acuaculture in Central America I am based in El Salvador and Guatemala since 1994, looking at doing both demersal and pelagic, and Macrombergi, we have ponds now and looking seriously at hemp seed oil cakes for food, this is the ONLY solution positive for fish food

I see that work with Pseudomonas, Aeromonas, and Vibrio species involves this topic and these bacteria are important to aquatic animals. One study shows blocking of the signals and gene expression by the use of freshwater microalgae extracts. It is an interesting topic that I am monitoring.
