I need to track the physiological and molecular changes of crops to boron deficiency in soil (pot). The available boron (hot water extractable) in our experimental soil is 1 ppm. To find out critical concentration of boron and its subsequent physio-molecular consequences in crops we want to reduce the concentration of boron lower than the actual concentration of soil (1 ppm).

So, how can I reduce the boron concentration in our experimental soil?
