To remove the surface fouling you may use chemical oxidation by NaClO.

The washed UF membrane can be used as MF.

To recycle the polymer, dissolve the washed and completely dried membrane in a low boiling point solvent (e.g. THF), after filtration/centrifugation of the solvent, pour it into a nonsolvent (e.g. water bath) and collect the PSf.

To the answer above, for recycling, you may add surfactant solutions, ultrasound, mild acid and base solutions (in dependence on previously filtered substances), even physical cleaning sometimes.
