I have never use "netnography" in my past research but it is definitely a research methodology.

Your formulation seems to be a task given to *you*. It is ethically problematic to ask answers here. Or probably you can frame your question otherwise?
So-called 'netnography' (ethnography on the Internet) is essentially a developing research method that may have potential for vastly extending. the scope of traditional ethnography---the study of society and culture.
And small point---some may not agree---methodology is actually a discussion---about potential research methods...such as netnography.
I think it's ethnography which study social interaction by observation.
Another one similar, Retinography that an investigation, can be used as research tool.
Netnography (the word not found in the English dictionary l looked up) is probably an emerging relation to well-known ethnography which studies society and culture mostly by observations. As an emerging research tool, it could have good potentials.
Research used to investigate online consumer culture. Mainly used to study nline debates and events on the internet. The steps followed are the same as those in Ethnography.
