At Tatsuo's response, which I share, I would like to add that research also has an important social role, so exchange of ideas and opinions about political, social and cultural life is of paramount importance. Formulating a question or giving a answer, sometimes even joking, not necessarily on techno-scientific issues, is very useful for everyone's growth. Nature has given me birth in Italy, Politics has made me citizen of Europe and this forum makes me feel citizen of the world.
Research Gate t is a matter of interaction and collaborative approach. The implementation is a rather different section.

Dear Dr Arwa, You are absolutely right. The Research Gate is a fascinating medium for communicating with World over researchers and other experts. I believe, this is the best opportunity for our young generation especially to obtain guidance of the scholars in their areas. I remember, when I was an undergrad student, I luckily got contact with and learnt much in Neurosciences and behavioral sciences under the guidance of Prof John Eccles (who was a Nobel Prize Winner in Medicine/ Physiology, and a brilliant student of Prof Sherrington- a famous Nobel Laureate and Father of Physiology) via postal mail letters. There was no such medium like RESEARCH GATE at that time. Hence we are lucky that we can get help in understanding what we do not know in our areas quickly.
