Azoospermia, severe oligozoospermia, moderate oligozoospermia, or mild oligozoospermia are all symptoms of Y chromosome infertility. Males with Y chromosome infertility usually do not exhibit any obvious symptoms, though physical examination may reveal small testes. For genetic testing, it is essential to isolate the Y-chromosomes completely from the semen to determine the chromosomal abnormality. My question is, what is the existing methods and what would be the novel strategies owing to the progression of molecular biology and nanotechnology?
The question is open to all interested researchers.
Thank you in advance.
