Vaccines based on live viruses are the best but at the same time careful epidemiological monitoring should be carried out as revertant viruses to wild type can cause disease virus related.

vaccine is the good tools for prevention of viral diseases. Both killed and live vaccine has importance to audience. Live vaccine along with killed vaccine can produce long lasting antibody.
