I have the entire genome sequence of a Saccharomyces cerevisiae mutant.
I want to find out the point mutations (SNPs), if there are any.
Can anyone suggest any servers which will do the job ? Like determining amino acid changes in ORFs etc.
GALAXY is well known and well recognised server to analyse NGS data. You can try this.
It would be better if you could be more elaborative. If it is a NGS data then you may follow some popular pipelines. If you want to use an easy GUI based environment to analyse NGS data then GALAXY would be best for you.

Yup. it is thru NGS. Thanks for the reply. will ask you if have any doubts.
Thanks all of you.
The target type is titanium; the height is 900 mm, the width is 70 mm, the race track height is 750 mm and the width is 50 mm.

I have recently published a paper in a Scopus-indexed journal. Is DOI essential? How long will it take to get DOI ? Thanks in advance
