Cell Illustrator and Snoopy are such bioinformatic programs that you may use. Snoopy is free to download and has this advantage over Cell Illustrator.

If the drugs you are treating with are launched for a given indication, you can look up the MoA (if known) in the DrugBank database (www.drugbank.ca).
