Coagulation bcz of high surface tension of core , to avoid that coagulation use nonionic surfactants and give long time mechanical agitation.

The particles started to form after the seed stage finished and during the feeding of the core pre-emulsion, and they kept forming throughout the entire reaction." So do you mean to add non-ionic surfactants to the reactor charge and core pre-emulsion both?

In the pre- emulsion add non ionic surfatants.

First add non ionic surfactants in pre emulsion , after adding pre emulsion is dispersable and stable ,then that pre emulsion add slowly in to the reactor with long time stirring.
