Why do you want to run a statistical test anyway? In the results file you attached, the results are exactly the same for the two drugs, so inferential statistics won't tell anything that you can't already see from just looking at the data.
thanks Mr Mehmet and Francesco, If i have 1 variable example i want to know if Staphylococcus aureus is resistant or sensitive with Amoxicilin dan Ciprofloxacin (independent variable) and the dependent variable results are sensitive and resistant, chi square in statistical software the result is cannot done with chi square, what should we do?

The usual choice would be logistic regression, but I don't think that will work because you have perfect separation. I still don't understand why you want to perform inferential statistics on this dataset.
