In view of the fast changing economic environment, organizations at the global level are taking a number of steps for building their employer brand. This includes adopting diversity management as a top organizational choice and value. But at the same time, often these attempts have been found to be merely symbolic and are not pursued seriously. Thus, there is a need to develop measures for knowing the diversity index of an organization.
